Janet Haresnape, In this study she first defined a community profile.

A community profile is a detailed

representation or profile of the residents of your community, created from data collected, analyzed, and

of people, families, birth and mortality rates, as well as their needs and requirements.

Mac C Berger, Dan Black, & Jeffrey Smith created a study about Evaluating profiling as a means of
allocating government services, This study examines the use of statistical profiling to assign people to
different options within government programs, or to participation or non-participation in programs. In
the United States, reemployment services have been assigned to unemployment insurance (UI)
claimants based on the anticipated length of their UI claim. We set profiling within the framework of
selecting among several assignment strategies. Any one method, whether profiling or another, may not
be the best option for any program since different mechanisms have distinct costs and benefits.

David Shiers conducted a research about Sustainable construction: the development and evaluation of
an environmental profiling system for construction products, he mentioned that Due to reasons like the
UK government's Sustainable Development Strategy, new environmental regulations, and perceived
operational and business advantages, there has been a sharp rise in the construction of low
environmental impact or "green" buildings in recent years. As a result, there is an increasing need for
current knowledge, direction, and design 'tools' to assist real estate professionals in acquiring greener
buildings. Based on research intended to assess user needs as well as existing design and specification
practices and expectations, a new edition of one such tool, The Green Guide to Specification, was
created.
