Importance of Research Design

Quantitative research design investigates to secure a reliable and accurate

measurements acknowledge a statistical analysis (Queirós et.al, 2017). This kind of

design will magnify the level of effects in terms of the modular learning on selected

respondents which will be applied in this research. Moreover, this method will measure

the two variables, understands and assesses the statistical relationship between them.

This study deals on the current academic issues a quantitative data will be

utilized to determine the level of effects of modular learning on selected grade students.

Ethical Consideration

The following ethical guidelines were put into place for the whole period of our

study:

The dignity and wellbeing of students was protected at all times: As a

researcher, the consideration of every possible sources of harm to participants is

significant. It may be social, physical, psychological or legal harm are the main focus in

terms of the wellbeing of the students.

The research data remained confidential throughout the study: The

researcher will collect the students’ permission to use their real names in the research

report as it will be stated in the consent. The respondents of the study have the right to
privacy; their personal data will be protected for as long as we have their consent for

this matter.

Informed consent: human participants can enter research freely (voluntarily)

with full information about what it means for them to take part, and that they give

consent before they enter the research.

Ethical expectations: The researchers will have a set of principles that guide

the research designs and practices. These principles include voluntary participation,

informed consent, anonymity, confidentiality, potential for harm, and results

communication.

Anonymity: The anonymity of information collected from research participants

are provided in means that either the project does not collect identifying information of

individual persons (e.g., name, address, email address, etc.), or the project cannot link

individual responses with participants' identities.
