Position Deputy Manager (1-2 positions)

Key ● Developing business proposals

responsibilities ● Creating reports and presentation of research findings
● Collating data and conducting analysis; collation through
software packages (SPSS, STATA, SAS, MS-EXCEL, CS
pro, EPI etc.)
● Manage research assignments in teams including interactions
with clients/program team
● Development of study tools, planning for study execution
including preparation of field plan, training for data
collection, quality control
● Conduct field visits for data collection and monitoring
