DYE HOUSE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibility :

 Manage Operators and order allocation for the Dyeing process according to the dye plan
 Supervise each Job both before – during and after dyeing is carried out

 Maintain and monitor production plan vs actual

 Good coordination communication with subordinates

Qualification :

 Maximum 30 years old.

 Graduated from reputable university majoring Textile Engineering with GPA min 3.00 (in a scale
of 4.00)

 At least 1 year (s) of working experiences in the related field is an advantage in this position, Fresh
Graduate also welcome

 Good in color matching, understanding of the dyeing process, understanding of the

spectrophotometer inc. matching software is an advantage,

 Analytical Skill and having superior color perception (Farnsworth Munsell test max 16).

 Fluent in English both oral and written and computer literate (min MS Office).

 Self-motivated, High Initiative, Honest, Teamwork, Hard worker and Disciplined

 Good Leadership Skill.

 Able to work under pressure.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
