First of all , I would like to thank to my God, Buddha Gautama for his blessing and the
support of good karma I was finally able to finish my Internship at JW Marriott Surabaya. The
reason why I choose JW Marriott as my internship place is because JW Marriott is one of
luxury hotel brand in Surabaya .

In addition, of course this report could not have been completed without help and support
from so many people. Therefore I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have
assisted in the completion of this report. Last but not least I wanna thank me ,for doing all this
