I was very happy when I heard about this vacancy from my friend who works here.
Her name is Stefanie. This is because my background as an IT person is quite
mastering things that smell like technology

Apart from the IT knowledge that I master, the position offered allows me to be able
to express all the skills that I have. For example in Web Programming, Mobile, and
many more.

I am a smart hard worker. I really like challenges and don't want to do things that I
can't finish. Creative is a part of me. Honestly the number one thing in my life.
Maybe sometimes I often feel bored. It's something I've learned to deal with by
doing things like listening to music.

6.) What Are Your Greatest Strengths?

My greatest strength is being creative. I don't like doing things that other people
usually do and I will look for a different point of view so that it is different from the
others. Not only creative, my strength is also work fast. I don't like procrastinating at
all.

Often feeling bored is something that is my weakness. This is something I keep
practicing to overcome by listening to music

Able to become 1st place in the scrabble competition between high schools in
Lampung province and able to create a prototype of a health application

I have experienced conflicts where there was a misunderstanding with my co-
workers. The thing I did was go straight to him and apologize if I made a mistake and
explain his true meaning in a misunderstanding

Leadership is a skill to lead other individuals. Leading is not just about managing but
also setting an example or understanding the things and individuals being led. A firm
stance is needed in this case. But humility teaches more about the meaning of a
leader

11.) What’s a Time You Disagreed With a Decision That Was Made at Work?
When the decision is made an individual is harmed. For example, leaders who want
to save on employee salary budgets by not increasing the number of employees or
increasing employee salaries. On the one hand, it is necessary to add employees
because the company has started to progress and its turnover is increasing. some
employees but because the work is getting harder the salary does not increase

Because of the remote place of residence with a bad workplace and management
system

This is because my previous job didn't match my ability background

Something too forced. For example, I was assigned to do a project within 2 days.
While the process takes 5 days. Of course, it won't be optimal if you force it

Actually in any environment I am able to work well as long as the boss is able to
