Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of

writ of mandamus & prohibition directing respondent No.2 to forbear from

inititating proceedings for rectification or review of Mutation No.1422 dated

21.10.1985, Annexure P-8, Mutation No.1949, dated 12.11.1991, Annexure

P-9, sanctioned in pursuance to Order of Special Collector Gurgaon, dated

05.09.1990, Annexure P-7 or from reopening the surplus area case of the big

landowner as the big landowners had filed civil suit dated 03.01.1992

challenging the same before the civil court and lost up to the Hon’ble High

Court in RSA-3703-2009 and without disclosing this fact they approached

this Court by filing CWP-25649-2021 and secured order dated 20.07.2023

and further not to give effect to the order of the Hon’ble High Court dated

20.07.2023, Annexure P-1.
