Dear Sir/Madam,

Please submit your RFQ 20009965 as listed below.

Your RFQ must be submitted on or before 12.00 noon on 23-Jan-2020 12:00:00 PM.It is the Vendor/Bidder's
responsibility to ensure that the Request For Quotation (RFQ) received by KTMB at the proper date and time prior to
the RFQ Closing Date. Late submission from date and time mentioned above will not be entertained. All costs related
to the RFQ shall be borne by the Vendor/Bidder.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Price/prices should be quoted in Ringgit Malaysia only and valid for at least 90 days from the RFQ closing
date;

2. Revision of price and extension of delivery period within the validity period if any, would not be considered;

3. Total amount of the RFQ should be stated in figures;

4. All quotations of the OEM/Proprietary items should be submitted with original support letter from the
Manufacturer. If successful, KTMB would also request other relevant documentation upon delivery;

6. Delivery date should be stated;

7. The Vendor/Bidder is requested to quote and response to all the information required in the RFQ and Preview
Requirement Questionnaire. Failure to respond completely will result to disqualification;

8. All attachments are to be returned, signed and stamped, scanned and send through Messages;

9. The Vendor/Bidder is requested to check the RFQ thoroughly and to ensure that the above terms and
conditions are met and all information required in the RFQ is complete; and

10. The RFQ price shall be inclusive of all present and future taxes including the taxes, levies, duties and other
charges of any nature, which are or may become applicable for the performance of this RFQ and such taxes, levies,
duties and charges shall be entirely borne by the Vendor/Bidder. The Vendor/Bidder shall pay all Malaysian taxes
on such part of their income in respect of this RFQ as is chargeable therewith under the current laws in force. The
Vendor/Bidder's employees including non-Malaysian personnel shall be liable for Malaysian income tax in respect of
their salaries as is chargeable therewith under the current laws in force and the Vendor/Bidder shall perform such
duties concerning the deduction thereof as maybe lawfully imposed by the Government of Malaysia.

11. Where KTMB carries out any investigation in relation to the RFQ, the Vendor/Bidder shall render all such
necessary assistance and facilities as may be required by KTMB, including giving of access to all records and other
available information relating to the proposal.

12. KTMB does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any RFQ nor to assign any reason for the rejection of any RFQ not
it be responsible for any cost incurred by the Vendor/Bidder. KTMB also reserves the right to cancel, penalize or blacklist
the Vendor/Bidder.
