CONSTITUTION No. GU-2016-(1) BRT-102009-635-D3:-In exercise of the powers conferred by the

OF INDIA proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Royalty Inspector, Class Ill,
Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Royalty Inspector, Class Ill , Recruitment
( Amendment) Rules, 2016.
2. In the Royalty Inspector, Class Ill, Recruitment Rules, 2015 in rule 4 in
clause (a), for the figures and word " 32 years", the figures and word "37
years" shall be substituted.
