     If I were Mrs. Jones, I would have reported the young boy to the police since he
    did commit a crime, even if it was a little one.

    2. What communicative style or styles are you going to employ? Why?

     The communicative style I will employ is the consultative style because the
    communication is between a woman and a young boy. The speaker was not
    expecting to have a conversation with the young boy. It was a sudden
    conversation between both of them and, they did not plan what he/she wanted
    to say.

    REFLECTION

    Mrs. Tones shows a deep sense of empathy for the young boy. She showed kindness,
    understanding, and generosity to the young boy who attempted to steal from her. Mrs. Jones's
