1. What are the key responsibilities of administrators and supervisors in ensuring effective management
and coordination within an organization? How can they strike a balance between overseeing operations and
empowering their team members?
The key responsibilities of administrators and supervisors create schedules, delegate task, and provide
feedback. Supervisors help administrators by reporting information. Administrators often use this
information to make decisions about the departments. Maintaining alignment of the objectives and share
strategic approach may found balance between overseeing operations and empowering their team members.
2. What role should teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders play in the curriculum development
process? How can collaborative approaches enhance the quality and effectiveness of curriculum design?
The teachers design, enrich, and modify the curriculum to suit learner’s characteristic. Administrators play
important role in shaping school curriculum because they are the people who are responsible in formulation
of school’s vision, mission, philosophy, and objectives. And the Stakeholders are individuals or institution
that are interested in curriculum. In collaborative approach provides the vehicle for active learning, where
teachers can reflect on their beliefs while applying new knowledge to the classroom.

3. What are the potential benefits and challenges of implementing a pragmatist approach in the
classroom? How can educators strike a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills
development?
Pragmatism encourages learning information literacy by using experiences as a way to deal with new things
both in personal and community life but one of the challenges that a pragmatist approach encounter in the
classroom time required to prepare and conduct the studies may be longer than for the more traditional
activity. In connection to theoretical knowledge and practical skills development, teachers may implement
class discussion and evaluate students by exposing them to the real life experiences or immersion if possible.
4. How can curriculum and instruction be effectively aligned to ensure that what is taught reflects the
intended curriculum? What strategies can be employed to bridge the gap between the intended,
implemented, and achieved curriculum?
Teachers use curriculum guide and lesson plan to make sure that objectives align to the curriculum. The
strategies can be employed to bridge the gap of curriculum implementation through trainings and regular
LAC session of the teachers to improve level of awareness.
5. In what ways can educational managers promote effective communication and collaboration among
staff, parents, and other stakeholders?
The implementation of Brigada Eskwela is one of the key to promote effective communication and
collaboration. bring together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their time, effort, and
resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the school year.
