This research was conducted with the aim of knowing students' responses to the use of mobile

phones within the SDI WATUGONG environment, especially grades V and VI and to find out
students' understanding of the use of mobile phones within the SDI WATUGONG environment.
The method used in this study was the sample method and direct observation of the object
under study, with the study population being all students of class V and VI SDI WATUGONG.
Considering that the population in this study is quite large, the authors draw samples from
students in grades V and VI consisting of 10 representatives from each class. The results of
this study indicate that mobile phones are sufficient to support achievement Students learn, this
cannot be separated from the various positive effects of using mobile phones which can be put
to good use by SDI WATUGONG students, but negative effects also occur for some students
such as the use of mobile phones during class hours which can also disrupt student
concentration. -girls, then some girls who also save student porn videos which can also damage
the character of the students. Therefore, by providing an overview of the effect of mobile phone
use on student achievement in grades V and VI, the authors hope that all students and teachers
can find out the effect of mobile phone use on student achievement.
