    4th Floor, Raigad Bhavan,
    C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

    Sir,
    I / we Shri. ROHIDAS HARISHCHANDRA KOLI, Indian inhabitant, residing, At – Kombadbhuje,
    Post – Ulwa, Tal. – Panvel, Dist.-Raigad - 410206, Indian inhabitant, are the holders of Plot No.- 330,
    Sector- 25, Node – Pushpak, Navi Mumbai,measuring 119.880 Sq.M. (herein after referred to as “the said
    plot”)

    We are proposing residential development on above plot,


    With reference to above we are giving undertaking for the architectural Projection in the project for aesthetic
    purpose and chajja proposed for weather protection shall not be converted in any habitable use or purpose
    after grant of Occupancy Certificate. We shall be solely responsible for any such violation and shall be liable
    to appropriate legal action by the authority after granting Occupancy Certificate
