    REPROT ON SITE VISIT OF PLOT #192, St #.22 Sector#E, Phase VIII, Bahria Twon Rawalpindi

    This is with reference to our meeting on 24th July 2017 regarding Plot # 192 St. # 22, Sector#E, Phase VIII, Bahria
    Town, Rawalpindi.

    As agreed in the meeting, the undersigned and site inspector Mr. Rizwan and Mr. Umer had visited the site on
    25th July, 2017 and record that at plot#191 which is adjacent to Plot # 192 in under construction. At time of visit
    Brickwork of ground floor is progressing on Plot #191. We observed the RCC retaining wall constructed in plot
    #191, adjacent to Plot #. 192 at a level 10 ft below road level which is also foundation level of basement in plot
    #.192. Therefore it is safe to construct a retaining wall in Plot #192 along the already constructed RCC Retain-
    ing wall of Plot #191 and therefore be allowed. Pictures of constructed retaining wall is attached.
