Problem in Construction of Ware House
Orginal Estimate was prepared for constructing the ware house in hard soil area in side
the market. At the time of work starting, the site earmarked for the original estimate was
changed to a new location by the market authorities. When the excavation for
foundation started in the newly allocated site, it was seen that this site had been a filled
up, marshy & water logged area where construction as per the approved estimate was
not technically feasible. Thus the Director terminated the contract and the work has been
entrusted with PWD. PWD then demanded an amount of Rs..2.67 lakhs for Total station
survey, Soil structure analysis and soil investigation. This fund has not yet been released.

Physical Rennovation of pond and Initial contract was

strengthening of bund and terminated.EE(agri) instructed to
deepening thodu for 1000m revise the estimate . Soil strength
analysis is to be done for revised
design which is entrusted to CET
who requires funds. Funds
requested and not received yet.
