● Now I am working at a land development project at Dahej, Gujrat
● Before that I was working as a site in-charge at LGBT project in Nagpur, this is
also an industrial project
● Before this project I was working on an industrial project for an automobile
company
● I have worked for only 2 months as a Jr. Engineer after that I have assigned as
a site in-charge of one site out of 4 sites.
● My major responsibility is to talk with client to discuss about what is our next
step and how can we achieve that in limited period of time,
● My own responsibility for our company is to hand over the work assigned to me
with in estimated time period and always I handled it with full responsibility
● In this project there are 4 major sites like Engine & Machine Shop, Assembly
Shop, Paint Shop and Dispatch shop.
● I have worked in these 3 shops up to completion of site including flooring and
finishing items like window Kota, Grit plaster, Louver wall, Rat trap bond, Slab
casting, Form finish column and beam, grade slab etc.
● I also worked in paint shop in STP plant

● An industrial project was going on at that time in which only shade area to be
handed over to our company and in that time, I have work as a site engineer
like footing PCC, BBS preparation for footing and column, bolt fixing, plinth
beam BBS and additional column for periphery brick work
● Support area Foam finish column casting and Plinth beam and after that slab
readiness
● The slab shuttering have a specific drawing like it shows a grid in individual
span after deshuttering
● All support area was with red trap bond and all periphery brick work is with fly
ash based brick

● This is my first company to start my future because these two years of my
execution experience was during my study but still I have too focused on my
site too
● In this project I have work as trainee engineer for 6 months and after that I
have been appointed as site engineer
● Here I have to do is to check only quality of work along with site execution
work like foundation layout and excavation
● Because this was a residential project, I have learned a lot like how brick
work should be executed and what is the methodology of plastering and if
somewhere there is a need of doing rebaring with Proper SOP
● Some pits are constructed as water reservoir.
● Here I have learned how can I make shuttering with grove at corners
● And some future extension work is being executed on that time for super-
structure.
Finishing work is going on at the site for flooring and plastering.
● And when I have left my site finishing work is just going to start and till then I
have just learned how to execute the finishing work
