End of Training Report


This template provides hands on narration of the details of events and proceedings of trainings
conducted by team members. The training report is compiled by the trainers soon after the training.

Part 2: Overview of the Training and Training Goal

Overview of the training.

Participants fully attended the training according to their schedule, actively participated and so lively
in class. However some of them were so engaged in different activities in their offices and they could
not spend the whole day with us , and on the first day participants were disturbed by the
weather(RAIN FALL).

Training goal.

To equip front liners health care workers with the knowledge of mental health and psychosocial
support within the selves and their surrounding world.

To train other front liners health workers under their health facilities where they are attached

Draw a work plan to facilitate the training on ground level.

Part 3 : Training content and procedure

The training kick off with brainstorming and introduction session led by kizito charlse from kikandwa
hlc 3
The next step involves going through the training content of equipping frontliner health workers
with the knowledge of MHPSS through training them in stress,trauma and resiliency,personel and
professional wellness,impact,effect and outcome of stress on frontline workers seeking help for
ourselves and others,resilience and wellness program development.
The introductions to sessions started by ground exerciseof box breathing 4x4 to all participants.

Part 5: Facilitation techniques (methodologies)

Part 6: Discussion and Feedback from participants – during and at closure of training

They liked all modules it had all the knowledge and skills that they used to coup up with the stress
and challenges they face during the response of evd and covi 19.chair person of the group one on
behalf of others thanked the trainers for taking them through the 4 modules,also appreciated the
moh, makerere university and the district through DHO to select them for this training to gain more
skills and knolwdge. Committed them selves that they are going back for implimentation if
resourses are available.

Part 7: Conclusion and Recommendations

Trained 30 health workers including DHT members hoping that they will support and supervise
frontline hlws on the ground to strengthen MHPSS.

Pre & post-tests:

Compare pre & post-test results’ (Summary of pre and post-tests – in a graph or tabular form)

There is agreat improvement btn pre and post test as per graph below.
