SHEATH:
According to BS 5099 Clause 5.4

When spark testing of sheath is specified in the relevant cable standard, it shall be subjected to the following spark test voltage values, unless otherwise
specified in the cable standard: a) a.c.: 6 kV per millimetre of the tabulated radial thickness of sheath, up to a maximum voltage of 25 kV

Spart Test Voltage (KV) for Sheath = Sheath Thickness (mm) x 6 KV
