Counting Principle
Counting principle is a method to count how many outcomes of the event will occur.

Rules of counting principle


1. Identify what the jobs you have to do and how many processes to finish the jobs.
2. Count the possible ways you can do the job in each process.
3. Multiply all outcomes of each process up
4. If there are many possible cases to finish the jobs, calculate the outcomes of each case and add them up.
