What We Offer:

Credit Analysis:
1. Most applicants meet the minimum requirements.
2. If minimum is not met a deposit is required.
3. 100% refundable after 12 months of paying bill on time.
4. Customers will be presented with exceptions (victim of family violence and over the
age of 65)
5. Refer to deposit policy online.
Billing
Representatives are not allowed to remove an original bill from the customer´s home or
business.
Once customers switch to XOOM Energy, they will receive one bill from XOOM Energy
with both XOOM Energy charges and the utilities charges. Customers pay their bill directly
to XOOM Energy.
Enrollment Information
Texas customers should enter their ESI ID when enrolling. If they don´t have this,
they can look it up using their address.

Cancellation Policy
1. 3 business days to cancel enrollment.
2. After remorse period, a cost recovery fee will apply.
A remorse period is a prescribed amount of time, for example an hour or twenty-four
hours, during which a shopper can cancel or amend an order. The order is not fulfilled until
the remorse period is over. Note that this concept is not the same as the length of time
your business may allow for returns.
