CREDIT ANALYSIS
• Most applicants meet the minimum requirements
• If minimum is not met, a deposit is required
• 100% refundable after 12 months of paying bill on time
• Customers will be presented with exceptions to the
deposit requirement (Victim of Family Violence, Over the
age of 65)
• Refer to deposit policy online

BILLING
Representatives are not allowed to remove an original bill
from the customer’s home or business.

Once customers switch to XOOM Energy, they will receive


one bill from XOOM Energy with both XOOM Energy charges
and the utility’s charges. Customers pay their bill directly to
XOOM Energy.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Texas customers should enter their ESI ID
when enrolling. If they do not have this,
they can look it up using their address.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• 3 business days to cancel enrollment
• After remorse period, a Cost Recovery Fee will apply
