It’s Here: Your 2016 ASPIRE Award Nominees!

Hello all, I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you all that the 2016 ASPIRE Award
nominees have been finalized and officially announced. Yesterday, October 10, 2016, President
Scott Davison revealed his carefully curated list of 156 OneAmerica employees nominated for
the Distinguished Achievement Award, Outstanding Leadership Award, Excellence in Execution
Award, or the Excellence in Partnership Award.

President Davison selected these nominees based on their individual skills and contributions to
the OneAmerica corporation. Highlighting those who exhibit exemplary leadership and initiative
within their positions, these 4 different ASPIRE Awards are presented to the best of the best here
at OneAmerica.

President Davison and I wanted to let each and every one of you know that we are incredibly
proud of your accomplishments and contributions to our company. You all work so hard every
day, and your achievements and accomplishments do not go unnoticed, remember that.

Please check the attached file for the list of nominees. President Davison will be announcing the
4 ASPIRE Award winners at 8pm on October 31, 2016 in the Primary Conference Room (Room
