The 2023 nominees are in!

Over 150 employees are nominated this year; what an incredible thing to write! Let’s not
forget the four types of awards and the requirements that fall beneath them. Each award
has its similarities and differences, making sure to highlight key characteristics for the
widely-respected individual getting recognized. Each award provides a monetary gift of
$5000, self-nomination is prohibited, and the individual must embody the ASPIRE
values (as expected). However, there are several important differences between these
awards.

The Distinguished Achievement Award recognizes an associate for a body of work that
has had substantial impact in the organization. The Outstanding leadership Award
honors an associate who delivers excellence through his/her team. The Excellence in
Execution Award honors an associate who demonstrates outstanding execution of
business initiatives. Lastly, the Excellence in Partnership Award honors an associate
who positively represents OneAmerica and provides exceptional service that has a
significant positive impact for our external customers and/or producers.

I am proud to see so many amazing associates nominated this year. Remember to vote
by Wednesday, Oct. 25 so each employee gets a fair chance. Thank you for your
