This document provides instructions for students to create a sample Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report. It instructs students to choose a proposed development project such as a mall, mart, or apartment. Students must then select a location for their project within the Virac area and gather preliminary data, including creating a vicinity map, taking photos of traffic conditions, and providing a floor layout. Students are also instructed to analyze a provided 16-hour traffic volume count and prepare their sample TIA report in PDF or PowerPoint format to potentially present to the class.

data on traffic counts and sample format will be provided thru file attachments. When creating a sample TIA report, the following must be observed: Sample TIA Report
General Notes | Instructions:
Before creating the TIA report, decide on your project development for example mall, mart, apartment etc. Sample TIA Report
General Notes | Instructions:
Find a location for your proposed development within the VIRAC AREA. Any vacant lot will be accepted since this will solely serve as a sample report for the course requirement. Sample TIA Report
General Notes | Instructions:
