Welcome to this online training on Trainer’s Methodology Level I course for the Plan
Training session Module 1 . This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes in
identifying learners training requirements, plan training session, prepare instructional
materials, prepare assessment tools and organize teaching and learning resources.
