Congratulations from the team of ICLabs IN and Thinsil Technologies for being hired. We are
excited to team up with you, where we can create impact and solve the problems of electronics
students all over INDIA.

In India, every top rank student prefers to join electronics and communication engineering, as
their peers suggest that the career of an ECE student would be the best. But ironically, everyone
at the end enters the software industry, as they lack knowledge or ignorance of what to do next.

Here in this internship, we are here to solve the problem of ignorance and self development. We
have designed this internship program, in such a way that in the first month of the internship, you
would be identifying the problems in our classmates, seniors and pass outs on what problems
they are facing in obtaining a core job and in the second month of the internship, we would be
giving you technical tasks, if you finish the tasks on time. You would be winning a placement
offer from our side, if you're skilled enough.

We have given the stepwise tasks, each task would be given points. Once you complete 100
points, your internship will be completed. Any doubt or clarification, you can always email us to
“ info@iclabs.in” with subject as “Doubt- your name- contact number”

Tasks for the first month of your internship:

Task -1 10 points

Post a selfie video of yourself on your instagram and tag us @iclabs.in and keep an #tag “ I am
an E-mitra and I will pursue my career in Electronics only - powered by IClabs.in ” and
challenge at least five of your classmates to do the same. By mentioning, their Insta handles in
your post.

Our team will cross-check with your profile and will assign you the first ten points, once they
check the screenshot of your profile.

Once you complete your first task, now it’s a great chance for you to win a T-shirt,after the
completion of our second task.

Task-2 20 points

As we said, we will be creating an awareness campaign of “Why we should pursue our career in
core field only”, We will conduct an Online webinar for you and your friends.

a) So, talk to your classmates about the webinar. Explain to them about the benefits of
attending the webinar. (Don't worry, our Hr team will help you regarding emails and time
slots).Make sure you bring at least 15 friends to the webinar.
b) Collect the phone numbers and email addresses of your friends or seniors or classmates.
Who wants to attend the webinar and send us to “Info@iclabs.in”, with the subject “Your
name- College name - Timeslot - Tshirt size”. You can attach your friends' email
addresses and phone numbers in the same mail.
c) Once the webinar is successfully done.

Wohooo!!! Congratulations, Your T-Shirt is on your way home and you have earned 20 points
too.

Your freebies don't end here. In our internship every task is included with a prize or reward and
it's fun. It’s not only the stipend which excites you. As by now, you already got your T-shirt. Now
let's see what else you will get.

Task-3 10 Points

Every student will have a favorite professor in his/her department. Though there are strict, strong
professors. You would have liked at least one, who helped you in exams or was liberal in
corrections. Sometimes they help you with personal issues too. Just like Jeetu Bhaiya of Kota
factory!.

Here is a fun task for you guys. Please send us his/her Name, Designation, Contact number and
Email id to the info@iclabs.in with subject “ Name-College name- Task3”. Once you have sent
this, We will send you the best goodies like a penholder or briefcase or even a phone (only a few)
for your professor.

Now your task is to pick a perfect time and just talk to the mentioned professor of yours in
college, explain to him, how you're an E-Mitra and how you want to pursue your career in
Electronics only. After that, surprise him with the goodies we have sent you.

Woah! He/she would be excited, wouldn't they? If he/she is in a happy mood, take a selfie with
him along with the goodies and send them to us. We would keep it in our collection.

your own good impression from your favorite professor too. Isn’t our internship exciting
enough?

Task-4 10 Points

As now, you created awareness about electronics to your friend, professor. But aren’t we missing
the most important people of your life?. Who is it?

PARENTS!!

Yes, now it's time to repay them back with a good internship and Job opportunity, As they are the
one who spent their hard earned money on you. They are the one who feel happy when you are
doing some great work.

Send us the contact details, occupation of your father or mother to our email id info@iclabs.in
with the subject “Name - Parents details - Tshirt size”.

We will be sending a nice Tshirt or any goodie, if they aren't interested in T-shirts. To your home.
All you need is to make them wear the T-shirt and get a picture of both you and your parents.
Post it on Instagram to our handle (You already know our handle name isn’t it, if you forget check
task-1).

Done, now you have won your final 10 points too. So, you have 50 points on your record and
you have completed the first month of your internship. Woah.

What you have earned is best friends, best moments with your professor and your parents. Isn’t
this internship exciting enough? Now maybe you can't wait for the second month of the
internship.

We too are excited and as I mentioned, the second part is technical. You will receive your
handout once you get your 1st month stipend.
