e.g.: nursery bag e.g., is it a trend? Is it a typical purse/wallet/bag? Are there many consumers/customers who use it?

Pain - Gather and analyze your observation
- Brainstorming / List down the problems/issues / pains of the customers (using post-it notes)

Everybody must throw out the information about the pain of the users whenever use the bag/wallet/
purse that your group has chosen and write on the post-it notes. Freely write the info in the Post-it
notes and paste it here.
Later, you will see the pains of the customers / the problems or issues of the bag users here.

Gain - What are the opportunities that you see from the customers ‘pain?
- Explain/describe your creativity to improvise the specific and selected type of purse/wallet to grab the
opportunities.
- Explain/describe what are the benefits/advantages that you want to offer to the customers.
- Brainstorm the ideas using Post-it notes
Sketch the ideas of the product. - Draw/sketch your idea of improvisation.
- Put the details, labels, etc.
Feedback from survey - Bring your sketch to the potential customers (in this activity, your friends in other groups). Ask their
feedback and gain comments.
- List the comments here
Final ideas of the product - After getting the feedback from the above step, now draw the final ideas of your invented product by
anticipating the comments.
