position at Wurth Peru. I am currently a fifth-semester psychology student at San Ignacio de

Loyola University. I am very interested in this position since I have a strong passion for

understanding human behavior, and my ability to empathize with others make me

well-suited for a role in human resources. My academic background in psychology has

provided me with a strong knowledge in interpersonal dynamics, communication, and

problem-solving, all of which are essential skills in Human Resources.

Additionally, I would like to highlight my proficiency in the English language. As

someone who is dedicated to cross-cultural understanding and effective communication, I

believe that my language abilities will be an asset in an international setting. I have taken

language courses in the university and even took classes at an academy to improve my

English skills, enabling me to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

My experience in customer service roles has allowed me with skills in teamwork,

adaptability, and effective problem-solving. Interacting with a diverse range of customers has

enhanced my ability to adapt to different personalities and address their needs. I take pride in my

ability to remain calm under pressure and my commitment to delivering exceptional service.
