 Cattle

Here at CTP we have a special type of livestock,

which is a cross between two breeds.
The breed is called El Girolando.
It is a breed of cattle originally created in Brazil,
which results from the crossing between the
Friesland-Holstein breed and the Gyr breed.
One of the characteristics of this cattle, a product
of crossing the Holstein breed (high production)
and Gyr (rusticity), is its excellent milk production.
In fact, it is considered one of the most versatile in
the tropical world.
This type of cattle can produce up to 20 liters of
milk per day.

 Sheep
On the other hand, we have the sheep, which here
in the CTP are only used for the production of
other sheep and the production of milk for
themselves.

 PIGS
We have the breed of pigs called The Large white, or
large English white pig.
It is a breed of pig native to the northeast of England. It
is a uniformly white pig, with stiff ears and long legs, it is
very rustic and is very well adapted to outdoor breeding,
although it also adapts well to life in captivity.
Large Whites are known for large, heavy litters,
abundant milk production, good meat quality and
excellent maternal instincts.
