QA/QC Engineer Having a bachelor’s degree in Geology, with over 11 years of
professional experience in wide range of civil engineering
sectors in Pakistan. I have expertise in construction
supervision of Building Construction, Material Testing,

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
From Sep 2017 to Dec 2021
Employed as QA/QC Engineer with CAMEOS Architects and
Consultants in Disaster and Climate Resilience Improvement
Project (DCRIP) funded by World Bank. Project includes
Water Channels, Retaining Walls, Cover Slabs, Counterforts,
Plum Concreting, Weir Work, Protection Walls, Restoration of
Damaged Hydro Power Channels, and other Major Structures
all over the AJK, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for day-to-day project site
activities in terms of QA/QC as per specifications.
• Develop quality reports and inspection records
throughout the construction process.
• Ensure all inspection test requirements at all the
stages of process are carried out as per project
requirement.
• Access risk related to quality management and
developed strategies to minimize the risk throughout
the development of project.
• Monitor the quality of all materials in coordination
with lab team and ensure material submittals are
approved prior to use in sites.
• Preparation of project quality plan and take approval
from site management.
• Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive
actions are taken during the execution of project.
• Conduct internal trainings, briefings to avoid
reoccurring issues.
• Supervise the document control department for
proper guidance in document procedures.
• Assign, monitor and assist site inspectors for daily
inspections.

From November 2014 till August 2017

Employed as QA/QC Engineer with National Engineering
Services Pakistan (NESPAK) in world renowned consulting
firms that includes joint venture of MWH (American Consulting
Organization), NORPLAN (Norway), National Engineering
Services Pakistan (NESPAK), Associate Consulting
Engineers (ACE) & National Development Consultants (NDC).
The Project is entitled as tunnelling Construction of 969 MW
Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project, by WAPDA in AJ&K
Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead and monitor the construction
team and subcontractors.
• Overall responsible for day-to-day project site
activities in terms of QA/QC.
• Develop quality reports and inspection records
throughout the construction process.
• Ensure all inspection test requirements at all the
stages of process are carried out as per project
requirement.
• Access risk related to quality management and
developed strategies to minimize the risk.
• Monitor the quality of all materials in coordination with
lab team.
• Ensure material submittal are approved prior to use in
site.
• Provide inputs of project quality plan include work
procedures and take approval from site management.
• Ensure preventing actions are taken during execution

• Raise NCR’s to concerned section head for
necessary action and verify for closure.
• Monitor and verify the complete implementation of all
construction works being carried out in compliance
