SITE INSPECTION AND TESTING PROCEDURE

• Assist QA/QC Manager for site QA/QC activities in closing inspections and coordination with
Company inspectors.

• Give Instruction to NDT teams and QA/QC Inspectors for their routine activities.

5.4 QC Inspectors

Report to QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Manager

• Conducting the Inspection activities at site and shall be familiar with all project QA/QC requirements

• Coordinate with Site QA/QC Manager and take instruction onsite inspection activities.

• Preparation and submission of Inspection reports for Company review and approval.

• Participate in all QA/QC related meetings at site.

• All other quality control and Inspection activities as deemed necessary at project site including
monitoring, review of QA/QC documents, site coordination and communication with construction
team.

• Strictly executing inspection plans and procedures, reviewing and confirming the ITRs.

• Initiating any non-conformity discovered during the test / inspection.

5.5 Construction Manager

• Be the primary contact for all project matters that arise in the field.

• Responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of all construction activities related to site.

• Responsible for implementing the requirements of Construction and Fabrication Execution Plan,
Project Quality Plan at construction phase by ensuring all resources are being provided at point of
use.

• Identify, evaluate and record actual and potential risks and construction related concerns.

• To interact with subcontractor construction manager or in charge of all respects for the smooth
execution and implementation.

• To participate in regular meetings to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays in execution of
works to ensure timely completion of the project.

• Ensure quality of construction activities with coordination and support of Site QA/QC Manager.
