Software update 20MW42.23_SP3-0-1 (2.2C SP3) is a cumulative service pack release that includes Service Pack 1 (20MW42.23_SP1-0-5) and Service Pack 2
(20MW42.23_SP2-0-0). 2.2C Service Pack 3 may be installed with 20MW42.23 software or later. See Table 6 for applicable software configurations.
At minimum, Revolution CT and Apex 2.2C (20MW42.23) software release (FMI 25498) is required before beginning this procedure, 20MW42.23 (2.2C) and 2.2C SP3
software versions DO NOT support a HP Z800, or System Cabinets I and II. The 20MW42.23 release supports Z420, Z440 and P520 console computers with System
Cabinet III or later. Refer to the FMI 25498 instructions and (20MW42.23) Load From Cold Instructions for 20MW42.23 (2.2C) software installation. It is recommended
to install 20MW42.23_SP3-0-1 (2.2C SP3) after completing FMI 25498.
The 2.2C SP3 software update may be installed by any of the following methods:
1. eDelivery of SP3 software: Direct-to-Device
2. eDelivery of SP3 software: Portal download
3. Installing service pack by USB
Method options 1 and 2 require eDelivery to complete, which is a new process being introduced with this service pack for eligible customers. If not already enabled,
the FE should discuss the Flexera eDelivery process with customer at this point to help determine if they should turn ON Software Download, which requires a Class
M key to enable. Refer to (20MW42.23) Load From Cold Instructions, Software Download Enable section.
