academic session in the Faculty of Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti.

2. I hereby covenant with the University that I shall withdraw from this Programme if, at any time, it is discovered that:
i) My present qualification(s) do not satisfy the minimum entry requirements for the Pre-Degree Programme or;
ii) I do not possess any of the qualification(s) I claimed to have obtained.
