OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO PRE-DEGREE PROGRAMME FOR THE 2023/2024 SESSION

As a result of your recent assessment test, you are hereby offered provisional admission to pursue a one (1) year Pre-Degree Programme
in the Faculty of Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences

You WILL NOT be registered for the above programme if you do not possess the minimum entry qualification for the programme.

It is important to note that if it is discovered at any time that you do not possess any of the qualifications on the basis on which the offer
of admission was made, you will be required to withdraw from the Programme.

At the time of registration, you will be required to present the original and four (4) photocopies each of the following documents upon
which the admission is based:
i) Letter of admission to Pre-Degree Programme of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti.
ii) Original Certificate of Educational qualification claimed.
iii) Original Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of age.
iv) Certificate of Local Government origin.
v) Medical Certificate of fitness from the University Health Centre.
vi) Four (4) recent coloured passport sized photographs. (Write your name and sign on the reverse side)

In the absence of any response from you in respect of the payment of your acceptance fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (₦50,000.00) only,
the University reserves the right to withdraw the admission.
