Here are some pointers for easing yourself into the 3 day journey:

1. Print this MALM Workbook

2. Diarise ALL events - can’t make a live? Book in time to watch the replay.
3. Go join the Facebook group and take a look around
4. Invite friends/family members who would benefit too

5. Leave a video OR a post introducing yourself - if you valued yourself and your energy, how
would you share yourself?
6. Get to know your community, socialise with them - there is a culture of no spam,
no selling, no ulterior motives…be respectful and value the group energy
7. Leave any Q’s you have for me - look for the “Questions Day 1 / 2 / 3” post which
will be posted in the FB group, I will answer the Q’s on the next live training
8. Relax and enjoy, we will have fun!!!
