Thus from the graph in ergon SP 400-12 will be chosen which have a Mrd value of 639 with the concrete
layer

Plus an additional layer of concrete of c30 50mm thickness

For 10 span SP 265 7-2X will be used (thickness 265 and width 1.2m)

For columns to pre size the dimension firstly we need to calculate axial load I took the most critical
column and found it by tributary area = 50 m2

Loads applied to the column dead load of the slab = 4.94 * 50 = 247 kn + live load of auditorium + office
= 3.5 * 50 = 175kn + (plaster covering + additional layer of concrete)= unit weight of concrete * 0.05*50
+ 1.2 * 50= 122.5 kn

Thus total is 545 kn approximately

Med is approximately calculated as about 350 so column size can be either 490-390 or 490-490

For now all columns will have same size but then it will change

Beam size as 400/790 for long span

And 400/490 for shorter side.
