Your premium may have changed from last year, as we regularly review our prices to ensure you are paying a fair and appropriate

What's affecting insurance prices?
When your insurance renews, you may see an increase or decrease in your premium, which is due to a number of factors. There are
the things that relate to you, like your past claims, where you live and the type of car you drive. But also, some factors that affect
everyone. For example, we've had a number of extreme weather events, leading to an increase in claims. The cost of car parts and

Ways for you to save
Everyone's situation is unique. There are a few different ways you can save on your premiums while continuing to stay insured

How to pay
As you currently pay by fortnightly direct debit, we'll continue to deduct payments from your bank account. Just check your
instalment plan for the dates your payments will be taken out. And don't forget, if you've given us your Flybuys number, you'll
collect Flybuys with State.

Things you need to know

You need to tell us if there is anything that may affect this policy that we don't already know about. If you don't tell us, then your
insurance may not be valid and you may not be covered if you ever need to make a claim.

Examples of things you should tell us about are:

t Any instances of insurance being declined, cancelled, refused or having special conditions imposed in the last 5 years;
t Accidents or losses over the last 5 years and convictions in the last 7 years;
t Any change in circumstances that may increase the risk of a claim.
