Summary of my current role

• Support in setting up the Marketing Plan and yearly targets with the Marketing Manager.

Influencers & Celebrities campaigns
I work with my team in planning and executing the campaigns in collaboration with a celebrity or influencer.
This involves various tasks that I do to ensure a successful campaign:
• Communicate with Influencers to highlight the objectives and requirements. This includes coordinating schedules, and their bookings.
• Prepare detailed campaign sheets outlining timelines, deliverables, call sheet, staff, production team, suppliers, deliverables, and key messaging.
• Attend on-site shoots in UAE and KSA to ensure smooth execution.
• After finishing, I check the high-quality pictures and videos, and the social media posts of the influencer or celebrities based on the agreement.
• Then I share these assets with the Media and PR agencies if we require media coverage.

achieving the key goals of each campaign, wether enhancing brand image, increasing brand awareness

Management
In my role, I closely collaborate with PR agencies, overseeing daily consultancy, assets review, copywriting, media relations,
gifting, event support, and crisis response. I track media coverage in GCC publications and regularly monitor industry news.

I receive and review daily media monitoring reports and live trackers from PR agencies, ensuring accuracy and relevance. I daily communicate
with PR agencies for daily consultancy, assets review, and feedback.

To generate editorial content, I share campaign briefings with PR agencies to create press releases, features, listicles, and editorial articles
around new campaigns, collections, products, and CSR announcements.

Additionally, I oversee media monitoring of some of the competitors, trends, and industry news, receiving briefings on any relevant updates.
I manage media gifting programs, ensuring gifts are sent to the provided media list throughout the year.

In terms of event support, I handle media relations and coordination during our events. I engage PR agencies by sharing event concepts and
seeking their recommendations and feedback.

For special campaigns and influencer collaborations, I request PR agencies to arrange interviews with Tier 1 publications.

I work with the marketing team in planning and executing offline events. I have worked on several successful events in the UAE and KSA.
This involves various tasks that I undertake to ensure a successful event while enhancing the brand image and increasing customer satisfaction:
• Communicating with influencers, media, and guests, which includes coordinating schedules and making their bookings.
• Engaging with different malls and hotels to obtain quotations for rented spaces.
• Attending and working in the events in the UAE and KSA.
• Handling influencers and media during the events.
• Cooperating with suppliers and ensuring everything is executed according to plan.
• Booking helpers and contacting universities students interested in assisting at these events for a unique experience.
• Managing the operational processes during the event.

Kids Fashion show

I led a team of two colleagues to organize the first-ever SHEIN Kids Fashion show globally and the first SHEIN

Middle East Fashion show, working closely with the Middle East Marketing Manager who was the project manager.

We meticulously planned and executed all the necessary details to make it a huge success both in terms of

marketing and sales. The event generated an impressive number of sales for the collections showcased and

received significant media attention.

I was responsible for various aspects of organizing a Kids Fashion Show that its main aim was to support Autism.

This included developing the event plan and managing the operational processes. I liaised with various suppliers,

including videographers, DJs, choreographers, Models agency, Influencers and their flights and hotel bookings. I

also coordinated with the media and PR agencies to ensure successful coverage of the event. Additionally, we

invited four kids with Autism to be part of the fashion show’s runway to prove that They are same as the other kids

and can also walk on the runway, and organized a performance by an Autistic child who played the piano during

the event.

We also ran a competition through the SHEIN app and website, where we invited followers to submit their Kids’ pictures.

The first 3 winners were given the opportunity to participate in the runway and win a gift from SHEIN. The competition was

open to candidates from the Middle East, and we received over 1000 submissions. The best 10 were selected for the challenge,

and we received tens of thousands of votes through the SHEIN app.

After the event, I gathered feedback from the media and guests to understand their perspectives and opinions about the

show.

The entire preparation for the event took three months, and it was one of the most successful events I have organized so far.

Fashion show
SHEIN Fashion show, KSA
I am proud to showcase my involvement in a major fashion event taking place in November 2023 at one of KSA's

iconic landmarks. As the leader of the project with the Middle East Marketing Manager, I’ve reached several event

companies to plan and execute the project, While securing top-tier media coverage and influencers to attend

and cover the event. With a goal of surpassing "DOLCE&GABBANA IKMAH FASHION CAVALRY SHOW" that took place

in Al Ula last year, I am confident in the impact and success of this upcoming fashion show.

Travel & Reality TV SHOW
I am currently spearheading the production of a Reality travel TV show in Saudi Arabia, which

showcase the kingdoms’ culture, beauty, landmarks and the ambitious KSA 2030 vision.

Influencers from US, Europe and GCC countries will be on an exciting journey of discovery,

exploring the culture, history and the future vision of KSA through the show. While having some

challenges to add a fun and thrilling element, with a touch of drama.

As the project lead, I am responsible for liaising with the production company and platforms to

ensure the successful filming of the show in KSA. The show is set to be streamed on the most

popular digital media platforms and online TV platforms in July 2023.

The TV show is fully funded by SHEIN and this show is in partnership with: Saudi Tourism Authority,

Warner Brothers, and Rotana.


Cross-Collaborations

As the person in charge for leading several types of cross-collaborations and partnerships in SHEIN in this market, I have successfully facilitated numerous

collaborations with other brands, platforms, and organizations across various countries in the Middle East and the GCC. My role involves regularly searching for

potential partners, with the aim of establishing mutually beneficial cross-collaborations.

• Research and identify potential partner companies and organizations from various fields.

• Reach out to potential partners through website, email or LinkedIn, providing a brief overview of the proposed collaboration.

• Brainstorm and gather ideas from the team to develop tailored presentations for each partner.

• Establish clear agreements with the partnering company, outlining deliverables, timelines, and contractual agreements.

• Review and assess content and artworks to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging.

• Monitor the campaign's progress and regularly communicate with the partner to receive reports.

Social Media
Management
As the primary content creator, I diligently posted daily, crafted engaging captions, and edited
reposted videos. In addition, I handled influencers and TikTok video creators’ collaborations by
initiating communication, sharing our monthly requirements, reviewing their content, and
granting approval for posting. I proactively reached out to new influencers, assessed their
account insights and data, negotiated rates, and established their deliverables that aligned with
our objectives.

Moreover, I was responsible for managing TikTok advertisements, as well as compiling a


comprehensive list of potential influencers for future partnerships. To stay ahead of the
competition, I closely monitored competitor accounts, keeping an eye on their influencers, new
campaigns, and challenges.

Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising
I have experience collaborating with multiple outdoor advertising agencies.

My responsibilities include booking, coordinating, and executing OOH advertising campaigns

such as hoardings, unipoles, taxi advertisements, lamp posts, and static bridges for various

events throughout the year, including Ramadan, Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, new collections, 11/11,

and Black Friday.

As part of my duties, I liaise with the agencies to obtain pricing and location information for

the campaigns and select the most optimal locations. I also review the artwork and printing

of advertising material to ensure that they meet our requirements and Dubai Municipality

standards. Upon completion of the campaign, I receive live pictures of the ads and a full

report from the agency to evaluate the estimated impression and reach of each campaign.

My experience in managing outdoor advertising campaigns has equipped me with the

necessary skills to execute successful advertising strategies that reach the desired audience.
Live shows
SHEIN
I have gained extensive experience in producing numerous live shows streamed on SHEIN

application over the course of one year. Working alongside a team of two colleagues, we filmed a

new show each week, and I was responsible for writing the storyboard, main points needs to be

mentioned in the scripts, and generating creative ideas based on the collection we showcased,

as well as sequencing the episodes until April 2022.

I also played a crucial role in liaising with the Live Show crew, which included influencers,

videographers, presenters, stylists, models, and model agencies, and searching for new talents

based on specific criteria. Furthermore, I was searching for suitable studios and apartments for

shooting, finalizing bookings and agreements with the agencies and studios if we needed to film

in a location other than our studio.

This experience showcased my skills in coordination, management, and production of shows,

making it a valuable addition to my work portfolio.
