    SUBJECT: Regularization Contract

    Dear Mr. ,

    We are pleased to inform you that your employment with the company is now
    regularized.

    As a regular employee, you will continue to receive the same daily rate of Four
    Hundred Pesos (P400.00) for eight hours of work. Your working schedule is from 8:00
    a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Saturday.

    It is understood that you will continue to be bound by the Confidentiality Agreement


    and Non-Competition Clause incorporated in the Probationary Employment Contract
    that you signed with us. Such provisions shall be deemed incorporated as part of the
    terms and conditions of your regular employment with us.
