Sequel to your recent application for admission and performance in our screening exercises, Babcock
University is delighted to inform you of its intention to offer you a provisional admission into an
undergraduate programme, as follows:

SCHOOL: Science And Technology DEPARTMENT: Agriculture & Industrial

Technology
DEGREE: B. Agric (Hons) Agriculture LEVEL: 100 DURATION: 5 yrs

You are hereby requested to do the following immediately at any accredited JAMB CBT Centre:

1. Upload your O’level or A’level results to CAPS

2. Change your choice of Institution to Babcock University if you have not done so
3. Change your choice of course to the above programme if you have not done so.
4. Proceed to CAPS to accept the offer of admission
5. Print out your JAMB Admission Letter Pay the non-refundable acceptance fees
6. Resume to Babcock University on 9th October, 2023
You are also required to bring the following along to the University on the date of your resumption:

• JAMB Admission Letter (Original copies)

• JAMB result slip (Original Copies)
• Four (4) recent passport photographs
• Four (4) copies of JAMB result slip
• Four (4) copies of birth certificates
• Note: This offer will be withdrawn if you do not accept the admission on CAPS after two (2) weeks
and pay the non-refundable acceptance fees.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR ACCEPTANCE FEE AND SCHOOL FEES

A. ACCEPTANCE FEE
Acceptance fee is a sum of One Hundred & fifty Thousand Naira only, (150,000.00.) for all courses
(excluding LAW and MEDICINE) and Three Hundred Thousand Naira (300,000.00) (for LAW and
MEDICINE). It is non-refundable and it is part of the school fees.

Use any of the following options:

i. Bank Payment option:
• Present your application ID (6 digits) as reference on Etranzact payment platform at any
COMMERCIAL BANK.
ii.Online Payment by ATM/Web connect
The Acceptance fee is also payable by ATM (Visa or Master Card).

B. SCHOOL FEES
i. Bank Payment option:

The School fee balance is also payable by ATM (Visa or Master Card).

C. Kindly Note that this is not an Admission letter as only JAMB is statutorily empowered to issue you
Admission letter.
