I am pleased to offer admission as a full-time student to the Professional Masters Preparation


Certificate (PMPC - Business) at Brock University for the academic session 2019/2020. Successful
completion of this program will assist you in satisfying the conditions of your admission to the Mater
of Professional Accounting (International Student Pathway) program as detailed in the accompanying
offer of admission from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Brock University.

The Professional Masters Preparation Certificate (PMPC - Business) is normally completed within
eight months.

Expected course work completion date: April 30, 2020
Program enrolled in: Professional Masters Preparation Certificate (PMPC - Business)
Any conditions imposed: You must submit your official transcript, graduation and bachelor’s
degree certificates from North China Electric Power University prior to registration in any
PMPC -Business courses.

Fee paid: Tuition fees of $16,825 CDN (based on 2018 rate, subject to change) must be remitted to
Brock University upon receipt of your approved student visa. A non-refundable deposit of $5,000
CDN must be made to Brock University by February 28, 2019. This deposit is only refundable if
your visa application is declined by the Canadian Immigration authorities. The remaining balance is
due once you have received approval of your visa. This sum is the tuition payment required for the
Professional Masters Preparation Certificate (PMPC - Business) at Brock University.

Additional mandatory fees are:


- University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) at approximately $624 CDN per year
- University ancillary fees of approximately $927.05 CDN per year (includes 8-
month bus pass)

Students are required to have $15,000 CDN per year available for living and other expenses.

The University may nullify an admission and revoke registration if it finds that an applicant had in the
process provided false, Plagiarized, or incomplete information.

Payment Information

The most efficient payment process for international students to pay their fees is
through Western Union’s Bank to Bank Transfer. This option allows you to pay the
Canadian dollar fees in the currency of your choice.

6. Take the confirmation page to your local bank; the bank will transfer the
funds to Western Union.

Western Union will forward the correct Canadian dollar amount to Brock University,
and Brock University will post the Canadian dollar equivalent to your student fee
account.
