Emma: Hey, Bobby! You’re back from vacation!
Bobby: Yes, Emma. We had a great time.
Emma: Where did you go?
Bobby: Well, we went camping in the mountains. It was so cool! We slept in a tent every night.
We cooked on a campfire …
Emma: What did you do every day?
Bobby: We went hiking in the mountains. Look, Emma! I have some photos. Oh, and there
was a river. We went canoeing. It was fun. One day, it rained, so we went to the town.
Emma: Oh, no! It rained? What did you do in town?
Bobby: We went bowling. Then we had lunch. In the afternoon, we went ice skating.
Emma: Awesome! Do you want to go mountain biking with me today?
Bobby: No, thanks! I want to sleep! I’m tired!

Activity B
Mom: Hi, Sophie. How was the party at the sports center?
Sophie:  It was great! There’s a trampoline there.
Mom: Oh, wow! Did you jump on the trampoline?
Sophie:  Yes, we did. It was fun.
Mom: Did you play volleyball in the gym?
Sophie: No, we didn’t, but we played badminton. Oh, and we played table tennis, too. I like
table tennis.
Mom: Oh, I like badminton. Did you go climbing?
Sophie: No, we didn’t. After badminton, we were hungry. We had cake! Then we made jewelry.
Oh, Mom, this is for you.
Mom: Wow! It’s nice. Did you make it?
Sophie: Yes, I did.
Mom: Oh, thank you! I can wear it to work tomorrow.
