1. CONTENT  ask yourself:
- Is a report necessary?
- What is the purpose of the report?
- What are the main points you want to make?
- Does the research/evidence support these points?
- What’s new/interesting in the report?
2. CLARITY  How?
- Be as concise as possible: brief, simple and clear
