The vapour abrasive blaster that can do wet and dry blasting
The Mist Blaster is a high performance vapour
blaster designed to reduce airborne contaminates,
while still offering the functionality of a standard
blast pot.
This versatile blasting system can do dry blasting
and vapour mist blasting from the same blast pot,
and has effective washdown and blowdown cycles
– eliminating the need to go back and power wash
the area after blasting. The MistBlaster™ provides
the ultimate flexibility in how much water is needed
for any given task.
Low dust blasting used finely tuned, scientific
calculation of the exact mixture of compressed
air, Australian GMA garnet and portable water to
provide a greater result than dry blasting could on
its own.
The Australian GMA abrasive and water are
combined in the blast hose, which increases
the density of the compressed air flow, enabling
greater abrasive speed – increasing the velocity,
mass and effectiveness of each abrasive particle.
