INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, finding interesting learning platform is very difficult. Many teachers
forget about their function of learning platform. As a learning platform, does not
only used in class, but also how the learning platform gives a motivates or engages
the students to learn the target language. In other words, a challenge for teachers on
ELT is how the teacher and the materials have an opportunity to have interesting
learning platform in the classroom Singh and Richards (2006). In this case, many
EFL students consider that teacher competence in teacher performance is the
important things in learning the target language. So that it is really essential for EFL
teacher to apply the best or appropriate teaching methodology to the students.
Many researchers have been conducted to explain the student’s perception toward
learning platform in learning vocabularies at several countries. One of the studies
discussing about student responses to vocabulary learning strategies on an ESAP
course was conducted by Clarke (2018) in University of Helsinki. The result showed
the students were required to acquire vocabulary accumulation approaches that
depict emotional or affective reactions, like enjoyment, intellectual or logical
reactions, like changing one's approach, and proactive reactions where an action is
performed. Five components that capture the responses of the learners to mastering
vocabulary tactics developed throughout the processing of the focus group findings.
enjoyment, drive, elapsed time, introspection, and loss.
Another similar study on this topic has been carried out by Indonesian researcher
(Fatmawaty, 2016) about the impact of flashcard utilization on student vocabulary
mastery. Fatmawaty (2016) conducted that research with the aims to find out the
kids' understanding of MI Babul Ulum Dorogede Gedangan Sukodadi Lamongan's
terminology is really low. The author conducts a study in that institution for a
month. There are 2 meetings for conducting the pre- and post-test, as well as 4 times
for learning and teaching activities for every class utilizing flashcards. While
conducting the study, the experimental class received a number of procedures while
the control group received the regular lecture. The teacher, subject matter, pre- and
post- test were all the same, but the teaching strategy was differed. According to the
statistical test's findings, both samples belong to a variation uniformity. H0 is
rejected depending on the variances among averages as determined by the t-test, or
(2,12 6,69). Thus, learners who were taught using flashcards had superior final
scores than those who were not.
The last example is from Setyowati and Maknuun (2020) in SMP Bhakti Malang. The
study discussed about how well anagram games work for enhancing vocabulary
capability. The result showed that the ingenuity of the instructor in creating relevant
media and materials, planning the study guide, creating a variety of class activities,
and encouraging collaboration among the learners also enhances the effectiveness
of the anagram technique in increasing the learners' vocab.

‘Types of Perception
Additionally, there are 2 different kinds of perception: positive and negative
Robbins (2022). Below is an explanation of the variations among positive and
negative perception:
1. Positive Perception
A subjective viewpoint that focuses on objects with a favorable evaluation or
as anticipated of the viewed objects is known as positive perception. Every
individual has a perspective that is favourable to all facts and data, whether they are
known or unknown. An illustration of how taking an exam on Quizizz is enjoyable
and the instructions are clear comes from the sixth problem.
2. Negative Perception
Negative perception is when a person is experienced through particular
things or data in a way that is unfavorable to what is anticipated of the perceived
objects. Every person has a viewpoint that characterizes all facts, whether known or
unknown, unfavorably or inappropriately for the observed thing. Example from

seventh question that using quizizz helps me to concentrate in class. Students can
help to concentrate in class when using quizizz but some might feel the opposite.
Procedures to assess product are:
1. Creating a survey in the format of a Likert scale based on the study problem.
2. Scheduling a meeting with the kids.
3. Giving the survey to the pupils and handing it to them
4. Taking the surveys that the learners have completed and continuing to study them
METHOD
This study was done to look into how students felt towards learning platform of
quizizz in learning vocabularies. To obtain in-depth analyses of the actual state, the
viewpoint itself must be conveyed in its entirety. Since quantitative research
involves working with numerical data and statistical analysis, the researcher uses
quantitative approach as the study strategy.
The researcher selected the samples from the population in this research. In this
research, the researcher used cluster sampling technique to determine the sample.
This sample is chosen randomly from a list of class. A group of individuals in this
research was students that were in the eleventh-grade class. The sample of this
research was the eleventh-grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I of Malang
while the samples is taken from three different classes, those are XI IPA, XI IPS and
XI AGAMA. This population and samples is selected because students at MAN 1
Malang especially in the eleventh-grade are ordinarily have learned to use this
learning platform during the pandemic. 89 students participated, which was a fair
amount for a survey study.
In this study, questionnaire as one of the research instruments was distributed after
all the preparations finished. Closed-ended questions are used in the questionnaire
because they provide more precise answers and are simpler to implement.
Afterwards, it used Bahasa Indonesia in order to make the students easier to answer
all the questions and also to get the accurate or clear answers of it. The researcher
adapt the survey from Zulfa (2022). There are 12 survey questions that are related
to the inquiries concerning the students' perceptions towards quizziz in learning
vocabularies.
The investigator also employed Likert scales as the measurement scale in order to
obtain deeper and more comprehensive data in the classroom. Likert scale
questions asked participants to reply to statements regarding the issue and identify
whether they strongly agree (SA), agree (A), disagree (D), or disagree strongly (SD).
For this study, the author employed a survey and a Likert scale to collect accurate
data on the impressions of a sample of students towards quizziz in learning
vocabularies.

In presenting the results of this study, By collecting the average scores that the
majority of students agreed with, doing tests on Quizizz is fun, and the instructions
are simple to grasp, statement number 5 was awarded the highest average rank,
77,8. Statement No. 11, which indicates that most children feel that taking an exam
on Quizziz saves more hours than taking one on paper and pencil, had the 2nd
greatest mean. With an average of 66,85, question number seven had the least value
of all the questionnaire statements. There were several responses to this question,
with the highest percentages being 56.2% agreeing, 5.6% strongly agreeing, and
38.2% disagreeing. It seems students can help to concentrate in class when using
Quizizz but some might feel the opposite.
Therefore, the majority of students either agreed with the questionnaire or thought
favorably of taking an online English quiz on Quizizz. According to appendix 6, some
of the 12 questionnaire statements that were obtained had a greater average rank,
while other statements had a medium mean rank. Therefore, the majority of
students either agreed with the questionnaire or thought favorably of taking an
online English quiz on Quizizz.
The explanations for why kids responded favorably to online testing. First, Quizizz
features are a type of game app, or play educational software, that introduces
collaborative activities into classes and provides in-class activities or tests dynamic,
simple, and enjoyable. Their educational incentive to perform harder can be
increased by the rank, true and false answer will show after they complete an
assignment Zhao (2019). The second justification is that using Quizizz for online
testing is more efficient and time-saving. Students can take their tests whenever
they want, outside of class, thanks to the flexibility of online testing.
Nevertheless, some children did not concur with the good opinions of Quizizz's
usage of online evaluation can help to concentrate in class. In questionnaire number
7 said that using Quizizz helps me to concentrate in class 38,2% of respondents
indicated they disagreed, while only 5,6% indicated they firmly agreed with only
subtle variations. Following are some variables that may affect a student's preferred
methods of learning: Gender, age, academic success, cognitive function, culture, and
original thought Nuzhat (2011).
Discussion

sixty-five student also agree that doing test or in Quizizz is helping me to review
English material course. The fifty-one student also agree that doing test in Quizizz
stimulates my interest in learning English.
From their comments, it can be inferred that participants believed it is crucial to
learn language since it will benefit their classroom activities and help them develop
