    With reference to above mentioned subject, this is to inform you that your services have
    been transferred from Kissan Chemicals & Fertilizers (Pvt) Ltd. to Al-Hamd Chemicals
    (Pvt) Ltd. w.e.f. 01-05-2008 according to clause 8 of your appointment letter, by the
    management. Your remuneration & other benefits will remain same as per your
    appointment letter.
