Dear Rajat,

Please note that as per Official requirement, your services have been transferred from Baroda to
Mumbai office with effect from 01-Apr-2024.

As a part of your assignment, we will be giving you a City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) of
Rs. 12,000/- per month effective 01-Apr-2024. The following clauses will apply as listed below:
• This amount is payable for three years only.
• The complete amount will be payable only for 1 year from the Date of transfer.
• In the 2nd year, only 75% of the total amount will be payable.
• From the 3rd year, 50% of this amount will be payable.
• From the 4th year there would be no CCA.
• This would become effective from the date of transfer.

This will not be included in your Cost to Company (CTC) and will be a special allowance for the
time that you are posted in Mumbai. There will be no extra payment over and above this.

All other terms and conditions of employment will remain unchanged as per your
original letter of Appointment.
