Dear Prathamesh,

At the outset, congratulations on a successful year with the Cedar group. Your efforts are recognized,
and you are therefore being given this opportunity to grow within the organisation. Further, your
personal commitment to the organisation and the value you add through your work is truly
commendable.

In recognition of your good performance in the last year, I am pleased to announce a Performance
Rating of ‘Exceeds Plan’ for the Review Period January – December 2022.

Your annual Fixed Compensation is being increased to INR. 1,03,600.00 (One lac Three
Thousand Six hundred Only) effective January 1, 2023 (Salary break-up as per company policy).
Further, we are happy to award a Performance Bonus of INR. 72,000.00 (Seventy Two Hundred
Only) for the period 09th Aug’21 – 31st Dec’22, to be paid within next 60 days.

Your next Performance Review will be due in January 2024, as per the Annual Appraisal Cycle.

While this year was good, we look forward to your continued support and working closely together
in 2023 and beyond!
