Daniela: Hey, are you okay? You look a bit down.

Norma: I'm not feeling my best latly. I think it's because of my unhealthy lifestyle(anjelfi
laysestael).

Daniela: Oh, I see. What kind of unhealthy habits do you have?

Norma: Well, I don't eat very healthy. I usually skip breakfast and eat a lot of fast food. I also
don't get enough sleep. I usually stay up late watching TV or playing video games.

Miguel: Those habits are not good for you. You should try to eat healthier and get more sleep.

Daniela: Yes, I agree. There are many healthy habits you can adopt that will improve your
overall health and well-being.

Miguel: For example, you should try to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. You
should also limit your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats.

Daniela: And you should aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Sleep is essential for
your body to repair itself and function properly.

Norma: I know I need to make some changes. I'm going to start by eating a healthy breakfast
and trying to get more sleep.

Daniela: That's a great start! You can also try to incorporate some regular physical activity into
your routine. Even just 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week can
make a big difference in your health.

Miguel: And don't forget to manage your stress levels. Stress can take a toll on your physical
and mental health. Find healthy ways to cope with stress, such as yoga, meditation, or
spending time in nature.

Norma: Thanks for the advice. I'm going to make an effort to adopt some healthier habits.

Daniela: I'm sure you'll feel better once you do. Remember, a healthy lifestyle is an investment
in your overall health and well-being.
