PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I, PHILIP P. INES, of legal age,

single, Filipino, and with residence at Purok Mahigugmaon, Bagacay,
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, promise to pay to the
order of PRIMITIVO B. DALISAY, of legal age, Filipino, single, and
with residence at Obreros Street, Barangay Rosario, Bais, Negros
Oriental, Philippines, the amount of PESOS: FIFTY THOUSAND,
Philippine currency, on or before May 23, 2024.
In addition to the foregoing, I promise to pay monthly interest at
the rate of one percent, starting on the first Monday of November
2023 until this note is fully paid.
